Four Wednesday evenings. Four consecutive sessions with Sandra from 7pm until 8pm.
We will have a look at four different techniques to give you peace of mind, control, time for reflection as well as time for yourself.
These sessions will be fun, very casual and introductory. No equipment necessary (chairs will be provided), unless you want to sit on your own cushion. Bring an open mind, comfortable clothing, a sense of humour, and maybe some water.
