The North Canterbury Musical Society is thrilled to be able to announce that tickets finally go on sale 1st February for their 2012 production; Willy Russell's classic musical Blood Brothers which is now being staged at the Chervier Centre, Victoria Street, Rangiora.
Blood Brothers is set in Liverpool from the 1960s – 1980s and tells the story of two twins who are separated at birth and go on to lead drastically different lives. However, fate conspires to bring the brothers together again after they both fall in love with the same girl, with tragic consequences.
It’s incredible score includes Bright New Day, Marilyn Monroe and the emotionally charged Tell Me It’s Not True.
Evening performances will be held on March 15th, 16th, 17th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 29th, 30th, 31st.
There will be Saturday afternoon shows on March 24th and 31st.
