The Brigade 6 was amassed as a brainchild/concept of Japanese culinary sensation, Sachie Nomura they are looking to revolutionise the foodie scene by running a series of boutique fully-hands-on cooking classes where foodies can attain a guest 'Black Belt' in Asian cooking. All members of the Brigade are current Finalists or Winners of awards in the 2011 NZ or Australian

Gareth is doing 1 class of Each Country's Cuisine only as he 'cooks around the Orient' - his special interpretations of Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese & Malaysian. Places are extremely exclusive so participants be fully hands-on and have intimate time with each chef (so they can ask for those secret tips!) - 16 per class only.
