Meditation is a way of calming the mind and developing a more positive approach to life. Experience inner peace and happiness by learning how to meditate. This course is perfect for beginners, and a much-needed refresher for experienced meditators.
Everyone is welcome to attend these classes regardless of previous experience of meditation or Buddhism. Start any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Each class includes guided meditations, teaching and discussion, followed by refreshments.
