Please park outside of the pit area as room is very restricted, and walk into the pit area or grandstand.

The race formats for the classes, except Formula Libre are R1 Scratch (fastest to front slowest to back after qualifying), and R2&3 are handicaps, based on the drivers second best lap time achieved during the day.
RS & IB Cup classes are restricted to a maximum lap time and if a driver “breaks out” they receive a time penalty which is displayed at the start/finish line with a Black& White diagonal flag, a Time Penalty board and the car number concerned.
Use your programme results page to see what the race order is. Qualifying start at 9.15 every round and the first race starts at 10.15am. The day concludes at 4pm usually.
Race Monitor available on iPhone and Android (www.race-monitor.com):
We now send our race results to a smart phone application called “Race-Monitor” (it does come up Karting coach as well). The App costs about $5-7 dollars and will give you live race results to your phone as it happens. It also has an information button that shows the race schedule, which is online a week prior to each round. You can also check out all the results and points at home after each round by going to www.mylaps.com and searching Motorsport Manawatu.
How to maximise your day at Manfeild:
As our series runs through Winter, we recommend you bring warm clothes and hats. Raincoats are recommended as the weather can change quickly. Wear good quality waterproof shoes or just gumboots. We don’t judge you! There is plenty of room on the embankment and a tarp or groundsheet will save your backside getting damp sitting on the wooden steps. Perhaps some earplugs or earmuffs for the kids is not a bad idea either. A thermos and some snacks, sit back and watch the racing. We can also advise that none of our rounds clash with the V8 Supercars on TV, so get yourself to Manfeild to watch the best club racing action in New Zealand!
