With the development of breath awareness, linking movement with breath and deep relaxation young people learn strategies to cope with the challenges they meet at school and in their lives.

Classes blend interactive warm-ups, music, asana (postures) and flexibility movements, pranayama (harmonising breath), Relaxation.

All bodies and fitness levels warmly welcomed.

Bring something warm for relaxation and wear comfy clothes you can stretch in. Yoga mats are available.
