These classes are especially for beginners to meditation. You will learn meditations to calm the mind and lighten the heart. A great way to wind down after work.

Afterwards you are welcome to stay for a short discussion about meditation or Buddhism.

Suggested donation: $10 (waged)/$7 (low income)
