Te Rauparaha Arena and Aquatic Centre is owned and operated by the Porirua City Council.

Te Rauparaha Arena provides a range of facilities:

- Main gymnasium (2,495 sq metres)
- Secondary gymnasium (857 sq metres)
- Meeting room spaces (2 x 44 sq metres)
- Dance studio (sprung floor)
- Theatre (seats 80)

Events held at the Arena include wedding shows, home shows, concerts, festivals, netball and basketball games, graduations, conferences, public meetings, exhibitions, dinners and awards events.

- All members also have free access to the Arena Aquatic Centre with its 25 metre indoor pool, wave and leisure pool.
